The idea of the design is to accentuate the magic of the fairy tale and its reading, which connects generations of readers with percipients - grandparents with their children, children with their children - and to attract passers-by of all generations.
The design relies on the dominant element of the changing illustrations, which form the three letters of BIB, to underline the narrative feature of the illustration. The illustrations themselves then loosely refer to Charles Perrault's Mother Goose Tales and the anthropomorphisation of the animal hero and his close connection to humans. The changing colour palette of the background refers to the evening time, when children go to sleep and listen to fairy tales.
